Open and friendly people, fresh organic vegetables and fruit, breathtaking coastlines and mountains, and comfortable sunshine all year round.

Our goal was to capture all of this California in one can.

Even if fruit is the main ingredient, if the base beer isn't tasty, the drink loses half its appeal.

The base of Cali-Squeeze is a Hefeweizen that brings out the fruity notes strongly, but with a subtle spicy clove character.

We used a lot of wheat to make the beer softer, and we experimented with the type and amount of hops repeatedly to ensure they didn't overwhelm the fruit flavor.

It is also packaged completely unfiltered so you can enjoy the rich flavor as it is.
