A beer and wine hybrid ale made with white wine grapes. It has a soft, champagne-like mouthfeel, with unique honeydew melon and tropical fruit flavors, resulting in a very drinkable finish.

The grapes used are grown by the family of David Walker, who is also the owner of the brewery. Bretta Blanc uses Sauvignon Blanc and Chenin Blanc harvested from their vineyards.

The grapes are crushed and fermented with wild yeast alongside a base beer, then aged in French oak barrels for 1 to 3 years per lot before final blending.
