Firestone Walker Nec Bones 2021 (375ml) / Neck Bones 2021

The base beer, fermented and aged in oak barrels, is aged in French oak hooder barrels along with nearly 2,000 kg of nectarines. This is the most fruit-infused work in the Nec Bones series to date.

The base beer is a blend of beers that have been fermented in oak barrels and aged for 18 to 24 months, then placed into a French oak hooder barrel, where it is aged for one year with 1,360 kg of fresh locally harvested nectarines.

Then, 900kg of fresh nectarine puree is added and the mixture is left to mature for six months.

This is a masterpiece that uses the most fruit of any Nec Bones series to date.
