Firestone Walker Nec Bones 2021 (375ml) / Neck Bones 2021

A labor of love, this beer was aged in French oak foeders with nearly 2,000kg of nectarines, using base beer that was fermented and aged in oak barrels. This is the most fruit used in the Nec Bones series to date.

This beer features a blend of base beers that were fermented and aged in oak barrels for 18 to 24 months. This blend was then transferred to French oak foeders, where 1360kg of locally harvested fresh nectarines were added for a year of aging.

Subsequently, an additional 900kg of fresh nectarine puree was incorporated, and the beer was aged for another six months.

This is the most fruit used in the Nec Bones series to date.
