It is made with plums and pluots (a cross between a plum and an apricot) from local orchard Blossom Bluff Orchards as secondary ingredients and is aged for three years in oak barrels.

Complex flavors reminiscent of candied plums, earthy umeboshi plums, dried dates, and jujube.
