This sour ale is brewed using a "Mixed Culture" method, involving fermentation with two or more different yeasts. It is then barrel-aged with over 1000kg of California-grown cherries and vanilla beans.

It's a masterpiece with excellent fruity sweetness and tartness, and a refreshing sensation.
