This is a collaboration beer between Minoh Beer from Osaka and Modern Times.

It was originally planned to be unveiled at the Fuji to Hood* festival, but due to the festival's cancellation because of the COVID-19 pandemic, it was released for general sale.

This sour beer, brewed using the kettle souring method with lactic acid bacteria, contains pineapple juice, pomelo peel, and sea salt.

While offering a refreshing tartness and citrusy feel, the saltiness balances it out, leading to a dry finish.
