Modern Times Orderville (473ml)

Modern Times' most popular product. A hazy IPA with a strong dank and bitter taste, but also with juicy citrus and tropical fruit flavors.

"Orderville" is brewed using Mosaic hops and several other hops with dank (Note 1) nuances.

Not only does the fruity character of hops come to the forefront, but the unique, indescribable hop aroma runs through the drinker's body.

This beer uses a type of English yeast that is not commonly found on the West Coast, and expresses a yeast-derived fruity flavor that sets it apart from West Coast-style IPAs.

The name "Orderville" comes from the name of a town in Utah, in the western United States.

The town was founded in 1875 by a group of people who "considered nature or natural things to be the standard of human values" in order to realize the United Order (Note 2) way of life.

The people of this community aimed to create a utopia by achieving egalitarianism, with everyone working for the same wage and everyone eating the same food.

Originally, the limited edition wet-hop IPA was called Orderville, but Modern Times liked the name so much that they named this standard IPA Orderville.

When poured into a glass, it has a hazy golden color with a pure white head.

The aroma is of berries, peaches, stone fruits, pineapple, papaya, melon, and plenty of dank (Note 1) nuances.

The taste bursts with juicy tropical fruit, a cracker-like dry malt backbone, and a bitter pine tingle that stimulates the tongue.

The finish is long-lasting with hop spiciness and green bitterness.

Its cloudy appearance might lead you to believe it's an East Coast-style IPA, also known as a "New England Style IPA" or "Vermont Style IPA," but the taste itself is closer to the West Coast style, so be careful not to make that mistake.

This is a unique blend of East and West, typical of Modern Times, which produces unique hybrid beers.
