Modern Times' most popular product. A Hazy IPA that delivers both a strong dankness and bitterness, yet also juicy citrus and tropical fruit flavors.

Modern Times' classic IPA.

This "Orderville" is brewed with Mosaic hops and several other hops that exude a dank (Note 1) nuance.

Not only are the fruity characteristics of the hops prominent, but a unique, indescribable hop aroma rushes through the drinker's body.

It uses a type of English yeast rarely seen on the West Coast, creating a beer that expresses a fruity quality derived from the yeast, setting it apart from West Coast-style IPAs.

The name "Orderville" refers to a town in Utah, in the western United States.

In 1875, a group of people who believed that "nature or natural things are the standard for human values" established this town to realize the United Order (Note 2) way of life.

In this community, everyone worked for the same wage, everyone ate the same meals, and they aimed to achieve a utopia by realizing egalitarianism.

Originally, a limited edition wet-hop IPA was called Orderville, but Modern Times liked the name so much that they named this classic IPA "Orderville."

When poured into a glass, it has a hazy golden color with a pure white head.

The aroma includes berries, peaches, stone fruits, pineapple, papaya, melon, and plenty of dank (Note 1) nuances.

The flavor bursts with juicy tropical fruits, and the bitterness of pine stimulates the tongue, with a dry, cracker-like malt backbone.

The finish leaves a long lingering spicy and fresh bitterness from the hops.

With its cloudy appearance, it is often mistaken for an East Coast style IPA, such as "New England Style IPA" or "Vermont Style IPA," but please note that the taste itself leans more towards the West Coast style, so do not be misled.

It's truly a fusion of East and West, characteristic of Modern Times' ability to create innovative hybrid beers.

Note 1) One of the terms used to describe the aroma and flavor of beer, referring to a unique nuance similar to marijuana. Note 2) A collectivistic and communistic ideology in Christianity.

Assets and possessions did not belong to specific individuals but were shared voluntarily.

Assets in excess of what an individual or family needed were distributed to those less fortunate through the church.
