This beer was crafted to celebrate the 30th anniversary of "Toronado San Diego," a renowned beer bar located in Modern Times' hometown of San Diego.

It's a sour ale aged in four different barrels, then re-aged in oak barrels with cherries.

・2 barrels: Empty Hat (Oud Bruin aged in red wine barrels) aged in port wine barrels
・1 barrel: Realism Islands (Sour Blonde Ale with sour cherries aged in white wine barrels) aged in red wine barrels
・1 barrel: Batch 1500 (Dark Sour Saison) aged in red wine barrels
