Do you like chocolate mint cookies? Inspired by the popular mint, vanilla, and chocolate cookie GSC (Girl Scout Cookies)

Thin Mint GSC was brewed with inspiration from Grasshopper Stout, an experimental cocktail-inspired stout that the Brewery created last year.

To improve on our previous work, we aged the base beer in bourbon barrels and reviewed the ingredients.

Made with peppermint, vanilla, and two types of chocolate, this mysteriously charming Imperial Stout is a masterpiece inspired by America's popular GSC (Girl Scout Cookies)!
