A luxurious combination of 5 types of hops, offering a floral, herbaceous, refreshing aroma and clear bitterness.
For the malt, we selected American 2-row malt and British caramel malt.
As for the hops, we lavishly used five varieties: Amarillo, Summit, Columbus, Centennial, and Simcoe.
Furthermore, after fermentation, we went all out with dry hopping using Amarillo, Centennial, and Summit! As its name suggests, Laurel (bay leaf) evokes a refreshing herbaceous and floral aroma with a clear bitterness.
