The naturally fermented beer is mixed with strawberries, rhubarb and West African spices and aged in oak barrels. The finished product is a blend of one-, two- and three-year-old beers.

A Belgian-style sour ale made by adding strawberries, rhubarb, and a West African spice called Grains of Paradise to naturally fermented beer and aging it in oak barrels.
