Peach, apricot, minerality, and a light earthiness. Rounded fruity acidity and balanced bitterness are softly covered with the soft flavor of oak barrels.

A Belgian-style sour ale fermented in oak barrels and further aged in oak barrels infused with peaches and apricots.

Cuvee Wallingford is a delicately balanced blend of 1, 2 and 3 year old wines.

When poured into a glass, the vibrant and rich aroma of apricot rises, along with floral notes reminiscent of rose and lavender, straw, and ripe peach.

Surprisingly gentle on the palate, with peach and apricot characters, a mineral feel, and a light earthy flavor.
