A blend of 1, 2, and 3-year-old unblended sake, fermented and aged in oak barrels with nectarines added. The sweet and sour taste of nectarines intertwines with the profoundness derived from the barrels.

Nectarine's sweet and sour taste is added to the unique tartness of the wild yeast in Funk Yeah, which won a silver medal at the 2021 San Diego International Beer Festival.

A carefully selected blend of 1, 2, and 3-year-old unblended Gueuze-style ale, fermented and aged in oak barrels using traditional Belgian methods, with fresh nectarines added.
