The name comes from the song "Careful with the Axe, Eugene" by the British rock band Pink Floyd.

We source fresh peaches from local farms Regier Farms and Sunny Cal Farms, and add an incredible 1.3 kg or more to every 3.7 liters.

As soon as it is poured into a glass, the fresh aroma of ripe peach increases the drinker's sense of anticipation.

When you put it in your mouth, the strong acidity and unique flavor of wild yeast combine with the rich flavor of peach.
