First released in November 1998 to commemorate the 1st anniversary of Arrogant Bastard Ale, Double Bastard Ale has garnered immense support from craft beer fans around the world.

While delicious to drink immediately upon release, it's also highly popular as a collector's item and can be aged like a vintage wine when stored at a temperature similar to a wine cellar (13℃).

The overwhelming malt aroma evokes ripe berry fruits, caramel, and spices, intertwining with the intense underlying hop bitterness to develop an even grander flavor.

This monster beer was brewed by Arrogant Brewing, who declared, "It doesn't have to be popular. We'll make the beer we want to drink," purely for their own pleasure.
