Green Flash Divine Sauvage (750ml)

　"Divine Sauvage" is a red wine barrel-aged Belgian Tripel that Green Flash released from its Cellar 3 brand (note).

It uses red wine barrels from multiple vintages and is aged there for up to 30 months.

This beer, with its beautiful amber hue, offers rich banana and floral aromas, showing respect for classic styles.

The flavor profile features tart grapefruit, green apple, and lemon peel, followed by an earthy nuance from the oak barrels that harmonizes the taste.

Note) "Cellar 3" is Green Flash's second San Diego location, opened in Poway, California, in spring 2015. It is a brewery and tasting room dedicated to their barrel program, and also the name for the small-batch barrel program produced there.

Adhering to the philosophy that "craft evolves into artistry," they focus on barrel aging and bottle conditioning.
