Green Flash West Coast IPA (355ml)

In January 2019, the original recipe that created West Coast IPA was revived.

Green Flash, one of the breweries that has been making beer for many years in San Diego, the mecca of craft beer, has revamped its packaging design to reaffirm and deepen its connection to San Diego.

The design was created by Matthew Jay Fleming, an illustrator who vividly depicts the San Diego lifestyle.

Not only has the West Coast IPA's packaging design changed, but the recipe has also reverted from the previous Double IPA to the original West Coast Style IPA.

According to Ben Widseth, VP of Marketing for Green Flash, Green Flash fans have reminisced about and missed the original West Cost IPA recipe for years, so they decided to bring it back with the redesign.

The Green Flash team is excited to bring back the long-awaited original recipe and debut the new packaging design.

Sweet tropical passion fruit, refreshingly spicy grapefruit and pine-like aromas blend together and waft from the glass.

The taste is refreshing and fruity with notes of grapefruit and a slight bitterness from the peel, followed by a dark caramel-like flavor from the British Crystal malt.

The finish is floral, with a lingering hop character reminiscent of a dry forest.

A West Coast IPA that will make you feel like you're in San Diego, like the green flash you see as the sun sets into the ocean.
