Pizza Portの元ヘッドブリュワーが手掛ける「Trademark Brewing 」から、同じカリフォルニア州を拠点とする「El Segundo」とのコラボレーションして作られた限定West Coast IPA「Timely Approach WC IPA」が入荷しました！

副原料にはカリフォルニア州発祥のお米の品種「カルローズ米を加えています。超スピードで迫力のあるフルーティーさと空を舞うように爽快な柑橘感をお楽しみください！

This West Coast IPA is a limited-edition beer made in collaboration with Trademark's neighbor, El Segundo.

It uses two types of Columbus and Amarillo hops, early and late harvest, and El Dorado hops, with Calrose rice, a rice variety originating in California, as an adjunct ingredient.

Super-fast, powerful fruitiness and refreshingly soaring citrus notes.
