Title

"Offshoot" is, so to speak, a family playground.
Here, we delve deep into the world of beers where hop flavors truly shine.
While I'd love to passionately discuss the complexities of beer brewing,
I'd rather just open a cold beer and... relax.

Offshoot Beer is a brand spun off from The Bruery, focusing on brewing beers for "relaxation" with pop designs and refreshing flavors.

It distinguishes itself from The Bruery's approach, which emphasizes traditional styles reimagined with a modern sensibility, without using wild yeasts. Offshoot Beer specializes in brewing hoppy IPAs.

A pop design and
refreshing taste

Offshoot Beer was founded in 2017 as the third brand by Patrick Rue, who launched The Bruery and remains its master brewer.

Patrick Rue stated from the beginning that he "would not brew IPAs," but in response to the growing demand for IPAs and his fans' wishes, he launched Offshoot Beer, a brand specializing in IPAs (Offshoot meaning "branch" or "tributary" in English).

The stance is that "The Bruery will continue not to brew IPAs, as before."

Unlike his other brands, Offshoot Beer focuses on creating "relaxing" beers with pop designs and refreshing flavors.

Similarly, Bruery Terreux, a brand spun off from The Bruery, specializes in farmhouse ales and sours made with wild yeast.

With these three brands, a comprehensive and impenetrable lineup has been established, delighting beer lovers not only in the United States but around the world.

Brewing an IPA

Then, in 2017, the third brand, Offshoot Beer Co., was born.
It is located at the same address as The Bruery.

From the beginning, Patrick Rue had stated, "We will not brew IPAs."
However, in response to the recent rise of IPAs and the wishes of fans,
he launched "Offshoot Beer," a brand specializing in IPAs.

The stance is that "The Bruery will continue not to brew IPAs, as before."

Unlike the other brands up to that point,
it focuses on brewing relaxing beers with pop designs and refreshing flavors.

With these three brands,
The Bruery has truly established a comprehensive lineup covering all bases,
and will undoubtedly continue to delight the palates of beer lovers in America,
and indeed, around the world.
