This Baltic-style porter is a super creation, born with the help of our friends at Threes Brewing! It uses chocolate malt, Midnight Wheat, Mecca Grade Metolius, Bohemian Pilsner, Mecca Grade Shaniko, and a hint of oak-smoked malt.

In addition, the addition of Hallertau Mittlefruh hops during cold fermentation creates a subtle bitterness and a slight spicy accent.
